The film is an adaptation from the instant classic maxi-series conceptualized by master-collaborators, Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. All-Star Superman is considered by many as one of the greatest, more innovative takes on the origin and overall world of Superman.

DCU Animated does it again by staying close to the look and feel of the book with the familiar themes of a more science-minded Kal-El, a powered-up Lex and the Gatchaman inspired radiation containment suit.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the film includes Super-Lois and that cool-ass Jimmy Olsen side story.
